You must see if you are writing on time and proper form. The first mistake you will be making is over-writing the sentence. If you do this, you might end up leaving some important words out of the document. But if you do not take care of this, then you will end up getting some paragraphs or even some sentences that are wrong.Second mistake that you would make is putting too much information in the document. Many students think that a lot of information is good but they don't know how to format the information and make it in a right amount. If you do this, you might end up with an unorganized document that will not make any sense. Also, it should fit nicely inside the little book. Your goal is to have the document look neat and attractive.The third mistake that you will be making is not including the documentation section. In this part, it will help you find out the types of subjects you are going to write about. Also, it will help you see which subject is important and which one you can leave out.Fourth part, you will be writing the introduction and conclusion of the document. This is the first thing that your reader will see in the document.The last part of the document is the cover page, which is the final form. It should reflect your expertise on the subject and also, you can include your other affiliations and ot her areas that you are specializing in. Just remember that you should always keep it simple and make sure that the document is easy to read.
